Training for call centre agents. Terrible service

I have been using Vox for 2 years the WiFi strength was fine until 6 months ago. I got tired of not being able to get a strong signal in my room due to working from home. I called for an extender. I received 1 Airties device. After explaining to atleast 3 people with what I needed and the distance from between my room and the router. 8 Calla and 2 technician visits . I received a quote for installation. Which i did not expect. So i have a device for nothing which i am paying monthly for and i cannot pay for installation right now. Absolutely frustrated.
