Totally unorganized system

Ok fiber, but that's literally all. I app**** as divorced without banking details and then they started deducting debit orders form my ex husbands account, that was on their systems of previous account we had together. Not once did they ask for approval or confirmation, from neither parties. Totally unprofessional and then they want to make it your problem, totally unorganized system. Will never recommend them - u have more admin and issues. Not even to mention, they even wanted to know why we got divorced.
