Received wifi router and sim, was told it would activated in 24 hours after 48 still nothing...phoned in was told to put the sim in a phone afterwards receive a notification that 50% of the GB has been used.... horrible service and *****ing data!

Unfortunately, we have not been able to allocate this query to your Vox Account with the information provided in the original correspondence.

Because its the middle of the month you will be allocated pro rated data.
You receive pro rata data from the day of activation. New full month data will be from the 1st of each Month.

Doesn't make sense to say I've used up 50% and then the services was still not activated.

If it was to be pro rata, I should have been informed by notification of pro rata not a notification that says I've used 50% which I haven't

And furthermore surely billing will be pro rata too.

Just rather cancel
