Total lack of service with unfulfilled contracts

I would like to warn all future subscribers to Frogfoot/Vox Telecom! Fibre was recently installed into the village that I reside in by Frogfoot which was supposedly followed by an installation into my home. I subsequently signed a contract with Vox Telecom to initiate an account and provide me with a connection. Sadly seven weeks later, numerous emails/telephone calls by myself and the village management to the Vox local offices as well as their Johannesburg office have come to nothing but total frustration, complete lack of service and communication. To date I do not have an active fibre connection nor do some other residents in the village who also signed up with Vox. I now intend cancelling my contract with Vox and looking for a reliable, service provider who can offer me the service I signed up for.
