Tired of VoX now

i am tired now in phoning Vox, i dont think anyone of them know what they are doing. my Business has stop running due to the fact that Vox just suspends your service when a new installation is to take place. now we have sat without our internet and phone line for almost 3 weeks. you phone and complaint and it just keeps on getting put out to the people who works with it. when you ask them to speak with management they just try and talk you dead or the last time was said the manager will phone me and going on for 3 days with no phone call. would it be fair to send all my invoices to VOX to cover all my costs!!! i cant cope anymore with phoning as i have done that for the last 2 weeks every day and still no one can give me an answer, Monday i was told it will be done on the Tuesday but its Friday and still waiting.
