THREE WEEKS! Still no proper service.

WORST customer service I have witnessed in my entire existence! This service provider makes it very clear that once they made the sale you as tge customer does not matter one bit. We have been waiting THREE weeks for our wifi to properly be connected. If you phone them they put you through to the umpteenth manager, who promises to phone you back just to ignore your cry for help as with everyone else whitin the company. They keep blaming vumatel (their subby) for the problem that the line is not working as if we the customer has to deal with the problem, although our contract is with them. Please save yourself the world of trouble and frustration and do not use this company if you are thinking of getting Wi-Fi in your home. Absolutely pathetic the way they treat their customers.
