Thought they were good but yeah (DONT USE THEM )
A month and a few days ago I order a fibre package from them all seemed fine. but then somehow I began to deal with 2 different sales rep and one was good and tried to help and I tried to request him to be the sales rep but the manager decided to give me the one I did not like so it had to be that fine. the last email I got from them saying that I need to give them my address to make me an account that was a month ago. only now I get another email saying I need to give them proof and address and ID.
I'm not happy with their service and have cancel my request.
