This was by far the worst service I have ever encountered!

I ordered 10/10 unlimited internet almost 2 months ago and still have no internet. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of lockdown only to find out that they tried to install my line twice in JHB when I am based in CPT! I also had to find this out by me reaching out to them constantly. They then told me that Vumatel refuses to install as I have no infrastructure when I know for a fact that infrastructure has been here since 3 years ago in my area and building. All my neighbours have their internet already. AGAIN I had to find this out on my own and then just get shrugged off like I must just accept it! This is absolutely unacceptable!
