This is atrocious service.

I've sent several emails to Brighton to contact me re my query: cancelling within the 12 month period of a month to month agreement a client is charged a cancellation fee, though it is not stated clearly in the t&c's doc. It is so unfortunate to receive such wonderful service when they want the business, but very inadequate post service delivery. Vox you need to handle your customers like gems, not like worthless piece of **** that have to chase after consultants all the time.
