Think before you sign up with VOX, their admin is useless

I recently signed up with VOX telecoms and I must say I am not impressed with their admin. Firstly they sold me a fiber connection and after I signed up, I found out that the fibre connection did in fact not exist. I had to wait a for problems to be resolved before the actual fibre could be installed. I had to follow up with the fire service provider and I have to let VOX know once the fibre was installed. The actual installation from the VOX technician was quick and efficient. The service worked for about a week before it stopped working. Numerouse emails and phonecalls later and the service was recommisioned. Happy days. Next I receieve an invoice which I paid proptly. A week later I received an email to provide a certified copy of my ID and proof of residence not older than 3 months. I comp**** with a certified copy of ID and an Electricity account dated 23 Feebruary 2017. I was then spammed on a daily bases with a count down to when my service will be suspended. I rep**** that I did submit and they should stop spamming me. Obviously this means nothing to VOX. Now I have urgent business to attend to and my service has been suspended. Thank you VOX. I finaly received a phonecall at 12:20 in responce to my call that my interned did not work. I was informed that my service has been suspended because I did not comply to their request. The other email and nitifation I sent on the VOX app was totally ignored.

I gave them an ultimatum to check their records and get back to me or I would tell my story on Hello Peter. Needless to say, they did not bother to get back to me and I do not have access to the service I paid for.

If you are looking for a service provider that works for one week and then fails or suspends your account, go with VOX.

If not, 0please use someone that is capable of providing a service that works

Thank you for the phonecall to let me know that my data has been reinstated while you investigate. Unfortunately it does not help me untill you inform Vumatel to "unshelf" my installation. Untill that is done my connection is as dead as a Dodo.

Just saying

Thank you. I has been a very frustrating experience and I think it is time that big business stop taking their customers for granted. You put processes in place to make your systems more efficient for yourselves, regardless of the customers that end up under the wheels. I have spent a lot of time dealing with various people to get my service that I pay for back. This includes testing and resolving issues introduced to my connection by your systems cutting me off by mistake. I also had to make alternative arrangements to get connectivity for urgent bussiness. This comes out of my pocket. You should be held liable for all losses but I suppose I will have to settle for "sorry".
