Thieving Vox Telekom

On the 1 Jan 2020 I cancelled and received e-mail confirming receipt of the request for an add-on service. Since Feb 2020 Vox Telekom has billed and deducted from my bank account almost R300 per month. Three weeks ago I request a refund only to be told my account had been credited at Vox. I have been sending weekly mails requesting immeadiate refund but only empty promises. How does one buy bread, milk, fuel, ect with a credit on your client account? Their billing, accounting service sucks, they can't even sort out a simple payment or invoice. Don't utilize their services and don't allow any debit orders as your money will be ****** from your account!
