They IGNORE CANCELLATION & Keep Billing

These guys are doing everything in their power to ignore a cancellation notice and continue to charge my account.

I realised that there was some very poor management before, but never realised there may also be an *********/ immoral culture to boot.

Either that or there is incredible stupidity
