They don't want your business, they only want your money
From day one it's been a living nightmare. They hide fees for installation that they're fully aware of when quoting you for a fibre line to make you think you are getting a cheaper deal and then they only provide you with "the actual" T's and C's when you have a dispute.
After being promised a credit of the installation costs in December last year, I've been fighting to even get help in that regard to this day.
Now I am moving and gave my 30 days early in the month, but they want a calendar month, meaning I'd have to pay for an entire month that I won't be using. I offered to stay with them at my new place, but they say I must still pay the cancellation fee as well as that month's fibre "usage" on top of the new contract. They say it's because all the money goes to the network provider.
I implore anyone reading this to stay away from Vox, I've never posted a bad review about anyone before, but they've made me feel like an absolute idiot for ever choosing them as my fibre provider, now I'm stuck with costs I can't afford meaning I won't be able to have the internet I need for my studies for at least two months
