Theft through debit orders

I have had the worst experience trying to get a refund on an incorrect debit from Vox. I've been given such a run around. Even after collecting the router and a written confirmation of the cancelation they still debited and sent me in a circle. Always escalating but never sorted. I've had the worst assistance from Nasheeza who is my account manager.
