Thebogo is the best at Vox. Other call center agents are chancers

I called 5 times 1st time, the person pick up the call and immediately placed me on hold 2nd times call was cut off 3rd time call continued to right 4th time. A lady was trying to help, I think, she placed me on hold and I think she went for a party because she foregot about my call 5th time, a gentleman by the name of Thebogo was stunning, he assisted me within10 minutes, was very sympathetic. Vox should have more personnel like Thebogo
