The worst Telecom Service Provider in History

I wish to report this good for nothing service provider. I signed a contract with them towards the end of 2023. I have been nothing by a good payer, sticking to my part of agreement of ensuring that my account is up to date. Last week Thursday I encountered an issue with with down town, I had no internet on Friday morning I immediately contacted Vox and I was did not get any joy. I was on hold for 16 minutes after my query was not attended. I logged a ticket and it was closed without my issue being resolved. On Saturday my wife contacted Vox after waiting for 20 minutes call was answered by a consultant who could not assist me. Today is Monday I have a internet, no Technician has come to my house mind you they are suppose to work 24/7/365 as per Vox. I work from home. I will not be paid for the hours I was down. Vox has deducted their monthly installment and I am left with no Internet connection. Why am I paying for service that is not being rendered? You have no customer service. Poor Technical support who say there's technical support who claims to say there's an outstage yet my neighbors with the same package and using Vox. Have received no down time. It's usurped to say the least. I regret joining Vox
