The worst service I’ve ever received in my life

The service is poor , I don’t recommend vox , they don’t care about their customers , they only care about billing you When you try to sort things out that they should’ve addressed they ignore you and they don’t back to tou when you leave your number , workers seems to be always on lunch breaks and tea breaks when it’s time to resolve issues , stay away from vox, I’m receiving the worst service and I can’t even cancel because there’s a cancellation fee of over two thousand , if you looking for fibre or wifi don’t turn to Vox , you’ll be doing yourself a favour
