The worst service experience in the universe
I have been in communication with Vox for days upon days. Not one person at Vox knows how to do their job. I have had an issue with an SSL certificate and at other hosting providers these issues are sorted out within 24 hours. I have been communicating with Vox for over a week and all they do is divert you to another person.
Vox does not have the qualified staff to deal with something so simple, then on-top of all of this you have to deal with a middle man, and all they tell you is they busy with the core team over and over again for days upon days. Then they stop replying and you have to do follow ups after follow ups just to get told the same thing they busy with the core team.
Any one who has any interest in Vox, STAY AWAY THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE. Trust me they cant even solve simple issues. You will make the worst mistake of your life. Look at there overall ratings and it will speak for itself.
DO NOT GO ANY WHERE NEAR VOX YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again to anyone reading this STAY AWAY FROM VOX YOU WILL REGRET IT. Have had issues since August, today is the 8th of September. Here Vox is with text communication again. I have been done this path and they will stop replying, I have spoken to numerous people at Vox, I have proof of all of this and all they do is stop replying or give you an email they speaking to their core team. DON'T MAKE THE WORST DECISION OF YOUR LIFE STAY AWAY FROM VOX.
