The worst service ever! Billed for Services not Rendered.

A big regret. First, they billed me pro-rata for 10 days before the start of the services and now after more than 3 days of back and forth, being sent to Vumatel and Vox my line is still not active. Yet they have also billed me for services this month, which is the month the services were supposed and my line is still not active. After more than 10 calls no one is taking accountability and I am left without an internet connection which I need for work.
