the worst service ever!

We have signed the agreement with VOX for a hosted exchange for 2 branches (approximately 60 extensions) under the expectations that in 2 /3 weeks they would complete the installation and after 5 months we still do not have working telephones

it has been a disaster since day 1 • the quotation was wrong • the salesperson disappeared after signing the agreement • the installation team have not completed the work 5 months later!!!! • we still do not have telephones!! • we can never contact anyone to get feedback

I cannot believe that an organization the size as VOX can give such a bad disservice
