The worst provider

The worst provider if you ask me. I ordered fibre which was installed last week on Monday and to date, I’m still waiting for the router. I’ve been calling and sending emails and everyday, they say my router will come. I even skipped work for two days to avoid missing them as my husband wasn’t around. I’m now expected to pay for services I haven’t received the month has ended. I hate it here. I regret even getting their fibre.
