The worst ISP goes to Vox

Vox and Vumatel are a combination from hell. Serving my month notice for cancellation till 31st December 2022, Vox cut my services since 19th December and everytime I finally speak to someone after holding for close to an hour I’m told the fault is with Vumatel. I have sent emails I have called a hundred times Vox don’t care, this is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. Vumatel is the one that gave me information that my services are cancelled and there’s nothing they can do. Vox will lie, cut your services but still debit the full amount. I hate Vox with a passion and will ensure that anyone around me doesn’t open an account with them.
