The worst internet provider in South Africa

Vox has the worst customer service and support in the business! I have a Fibre line at my offices that has not worked properly for months. We have gone back and forth trying to get the issue fixed to no prevail. We have spent money with Vox to fix the problem but no success. We have even gone as far as to purchase an LTE router as backup and that doesn't even work and no one can help us fix it. It seems as if everyone at Vox is either *********** or actually not willing to fix the issue because we keep throwing money at it, so thats perfect for your business but not ours. Absolutely unacceptable Vox!!
