The Worst Experience I have ever encountered with Vox

We have had the worst experience so far just to get our line upgraded, 3 weeks down the line today, no line upgrade after speaking to numerous technicians, accounts cannot even fix our address on our account. We could’ve rather just cancelled our line and find another ISP - it would’ve been quicker, how can upgrading a line be so difficult and take so long?
