The worst Customer services

This is the company with the worst customer service. i app**** for fibre through Vumatel with an option Voxtelcom as isp. Form processed ok and i received an acceptance SMS. The following day i got a call from their consultant asking for documentations which i immedietely sent to him. He promised it would take three week to have Fibre installed. Now after 3 weeks nothing. i have called them on an uncountable times but to no avail. My Sales person cannot be reached and i cannot get hold of any one willing to help.
