The worst after sales service ever!

Vox telecoms installed a 40 meg line two months ago at our church supplying an inadequate router. It has taken us weeks to get them to rectify the hardware problem only to be disappointed again and again. We have lost dozens of man hours as a result of faulty and dropping Internet. They have promised that it will be fixed again and again to no avail. We will be seeking legal advice on the way forward and feel that we ought to be refunded for the last two months. We are appalled by the pathetic service we have received and will looking for another service provider.
