The Vox Trap

Seems like Vox tries to sell you on quality customer care but like every other corporate your just a number, Ive been with Vox now for two weeks and they have already debited two months on my account with no explanation after trying multiple times to contact them, I for one wont be using their services any longer and to anyone thinking of joining this service provider i would recommend finding someone that delivers on their promise or at east does what they advertise
