The service fo internet provider VOX is beyound pathetic

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Roundhay, Somerset West and on 14 November app**** via internet to VOX for an internet connection. The complex already had fibre connections. It took virtually two months to get some action. An appointment was made to install internet on Friday 3 February – this was to be done by HI Telecoms and Construction. However, no one pitched and no one bothered to phone me. I had to phone them to find out what happened. I was told they had a difficult installation elsewhere. I wonder what kind of clown is in charge of such an operation when it should be obvious to anyone in the world of civilized business that if you can’t keep to an appointment, you phone the client. A new appointment was made for Tuesday 7 February. Again no one pitched and again no phone call!! When I complained to a VOX agent the excuse was made that it is the sub-contractor that is at fault. My retort was that if you appoint ****py sub-contractors it implies that you’re a ****py company. Perhaps VOX should consider shelving HI Telecoms and Construction – they are losing business for VOX in addition to giving them a bad name.
