The office 365 Product added without my consent now normal service is suspend

My account is now suspended due to non payment of the product I did not order! Can you please activate my FTTH service immediately as I paid for this service
The office 365 personal is added to my product without my consent. I use Office 365 Business — Please cancel this product I want things to be back to normal as before - before your sales consultant added the product

Microsoft already billed me for my Business Office 365 and I’m not gonna pay for a service that I did not accept!
Please cancel this Office 365 Personal product and revert to back to how things were!

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the Finance team has made contact and assisted with the billing dispute.
We received confirmation that the services was app**** for online the 18th of March 2022 ,and the quote was accepted.
The office 365 package was a 12 Month package , hence the cancellation fee was charged when cancellation was received the 7th of April 2022.
Unfortunately the account will be suspended for any overdue balance .
