The most Useless Company in the World!!! Bunch of thieving *********

I have never ever in my entire life come across the most useless, utterly disgusting company like Vox Telecom. I cancelled my subscription with Vox in July and only got response from them 2 months later confirming my cancelation but yet they are still debiting my account. I have sent countless emails, which just get ignored. I've called their customer care hundreds of times but no one seems to know what they are doing. They keep telling me my account is canceled but come end of the month, a debit order goes off for Vox without fail. I have sent emails to everyone at Vox requesting a full refund for all the months they've been *****ing my hard earned money but I just get ignored. I have never come across such a disgusting level of customer service, they don't help, they don't reply to emails, they're service is below terrible and I have had it with this useless company!!! I am now taking the legal route and will fight till the bitter end... Bunch of thieving *********!!!!
