The MOST unprofessional service I have ever experienced, and I've dealt with a lot.

First of all, I can't believe how many people have the same issue with this horrible service provider. I just find it sad that I find myself stuck with them when I didn't even choose them. We were with Sadv and one day I get a message that Vox will be taking over and let me tell you.... My life has been miserable since. We had been having random outages a couple of times a day, sometimes a whole day since they took over. But nothing as ridiculous as this, I have been without service since Friday the 18th. They do not reply to email, they do not answer their phones. I have even tried sending a message through Twitter, to no avail. I hate what you are putting me through, I really do. I pay for the service, the least you can do is communicate and let me know when you think the 'problem' will be sorted. Vox your silence is defeating and your apathy is very apparent and loud. I can't wait to be done with you.
