The customer support is a Joke, how unfortunate

I am working from home and depend heavily an uninterrupted internet connection. Something happen with my credit card on new years that Vox either debited late because of the public holiday or my transferring of money too longer to reflect because of that. On Monday(4th) I called them and spent close 20 minutes holding for debtors department and never got through. On Tuesday(5th) someone finally called me and said they were going to deduct the money, On Friday (8th) I realized it still was not done I decided to do an EFT, On Monday****h) I am now getting threats to cut my line, holding again for Debtors department approaching 15 minutes.
