The BIGGEST MISTAKE ONE CAN MAKE IN THIS LIFE TIME
The WORST SERVICE EVER ! I cancelled my services LAST YEAR NOVEMBER. Made the full payment and included the cancellation fees. I was told the team will come collect and I packed the router away and waited for the team to come collect, no one PITCHED even today , I am STILL WAITING ! Suddenly, I get an email from you ****ers telling me that I owe you 2.6k for not returning the equipment ! WHY and HOW ! Called away LAST WEEK after receiving the bill and I was told a team will be sent , guess who’s waiting again ? MEANWHILE , I am being RAIDED FOR THE 2.6K. VOX FIX THIS !
