September 2022 I joined Vox. The sales man made me buy service under the impression that it's a monthly use basis (if you don't pay, you don't get wifi "no obligation" ). After installation we were still unable to connect. After countless calls and numerous attempts to get technical support we were still left with our issue not resolved. After paying the monthly fee and prorata bill I still didn't get the assistance I needed to access the internet. Less then a month into the "contract" Vox sent an email of suspension AFTER paying the proata and fee for September. A year later my issue with Vox remains unresolved although the contact was cancelled, VeriCred calls me continuously to demand payment of +R4200 for Vox. It's clear to me that Vox had no intention of providing a service instead they lured me into paying for a service that I didn't get to use. After calling for assistance and sending messages to the sales person i was left unattended. I feel exploited!

This has been the biggest **** of my life! I do not recommend!
