The absolute worst service and ISP ever!

I absolutely regret using this ISP with my entire being! They're extremely *********** in providing thorough information when customers have queries. Everything is either automated or not specific to the customers needs.

If you're working from home, don't even think about using this ISP or else you'll have your internet randomly disconnected or suspended. I've spent days not able to work because of that.

They recently started a VOIP service which is the ultimate worst thing I've ever come across because I've never used the service at all and still got charged with a false record of calls. I cancelled it the minute I saw it wasn't working and when I asked them to clarify how the false records were generated , there's either silence or a demand to pay the amount in order for my internet to be reinstated which is a breach to the contract but they really don't give a ****.

Never going to trust in this ISP again. If you want to pay random amounts of money for services you don't use, then go ahead. They've also got a year contract which binds you to their mediocre service. But definitely not customer-centered at all.

Getting through to them is also the absolute worst. You'll never get through to anyone when it's urgent.
