Thanks to Andy Mdluli from Vox telecom for the excellent service I received from Vox after struggling to get assistance for almost a week

I had no connection for 3 days after phoning Vox support for several times spending about R120 on airtime in the process.

This morning I called once more since my matter was sent to Vumatel and they conformed that they do not forsee a problem on their side.

Andy managed to see where the problem was and he assisted me very efficient & effective in the process he was friendly & very professional.
