I'd like to thank Thaniyah Goliath from Vox for helping me with an issue I had with my collections. While the process up until then was difficult, Thaniyah came through to save the day.

Other than my original problem, I'm very happy with Vox. They've been consistent in their services over the past few years I've been with them.
