Thanks for nothing

I have asked Vox to take over my adsl and data from Telkom and I thought things were on thrack until I get an email saying they tried calling me several times and now they are closing my call. Wow! Talk of service! I have had my cell all the time and have been home the entire day so when and where did they call? Unless if it was prompted by me telling them the R50 set up fee was a *******? Which I still say it is, why charge me this when you are my service provider, are you going to do the driving to come set up or are you going to guide me if I battle? All is set up all I would want are user details that is all. <br> <br> Good thing is, there are other service providers out there. <br> <br> You just wasted my time and two days for nonsense.
