Thank you to customer support at Vox (Teneal)

I would like to say thank you to Teneal from Vox for getting back to me and sorting out our complaint i appreciate it and I do apologise for being difficult and for the misunderstandings but in the same breath I would like to request Vox to please work on better customer relations and response times so we do not have to resort to this platform to get a response from you guys.
