Thank you Lemond

I had issues for 3 days not even the manager could assist me. A gentleman by the name of Lemond assisted me over the phone and was so patient. He guided me properly over the phone to check my connections and now is working thank you so much Lemond cause I would have still been waiting for maintenance to come out after 3 days
