Thando Review on Ntando Ntuli at Vox Services.

Vox as a whole are not offering good customer service over the phone. I took a step to visit the Vox Business office in Pretoria and a guy called Ntando Ntuli shed light in the darkness that I found myself in when I asked for a change of wifi from fibre to LTE due to relocation from one place to another. He is very intelligent, not only did I get a good wifi deal from him but ge also taught me alot about how internet works much more than what an advert or a typical customer service worker can explain. Vox as a whole offers terrible service, I had called them over the phone numerous times yet assistance was very poor yet they are quick to charge money whereas their service is not delivered. When I used their wifi, it was an enjoyable experience, network reception was good but customer service over the phone is horrible. Due to such horrible service, I drove to Vox in Pretoria and only then I got fantastic service from Ntando Ntuli. This guy is the only person from Vox who delivered world class quality service. He is definetly a bright shining star in a very dark night at Vox.
