Terribly disapointed with VOX.

I must say, I'm terrible disappointed with VOX. They call them selves a leading telecom's service provider. Well if thats what they think is "leading" then there is no hope. I ordered my fiber line with them. Went through the RICA process and since then have not heard a thing back. When trying to call any other service line other then sales, its impossible to get through. No one bothers to answer. I've actually spent hours over the last two days trying to get through to someone who can help, and nothing! When going through to sales and asking them for help, they seem so willing to help, promising to get back to you but the second you put the phone down, that's it. No one gets back to you. I'm terribly disappointed guys. Come ON man!!!
