Terrible, Terrible, Terrible

I would never recommend Vox as a service provider...

They are terrible and provide a shocking service.

Please be careful of them as a company.

I was charged an incorrect amount for my Fibre.

I was billed from the 4th of January, after struggling with Vox on numerous occasions to get this issue resolved, a technician only came out on the 12th January to install the Fibre box and have the Fibre up an running.

I enquired as to why I was billed from the 4th???

I'm utterly disgusted in Vox service.

I will definitely be taking this matter further...
