Terrible service.....again
My account has been paid and im still not connected to the internet. Spend over R500 in airtime trying to get through to you today! All i hear is that im 10th or 18th in the queue and f@ckall happens.
Now it is almost 17:00 and i still dont have connection!
Now in order to do this i had to laod more mobile data because my damn wifi isnt working. For that price i could pay an entire month for wifi.
I sent an email, guess what, also ignore, because "dear vox customer, our working hours is from 8 to 5 monday to friday, so f@ck you and f@ck your problems".
