Terrible Service VOX TELECOMS

People please be aware to get any form of quotation from VOX TELECOM. After a quote was given to me, as with any application my banking details were required (worst mistake ever) I decided not to accept the quote and no installation of any form was done at my residence, in fact no employer from VOX Telecoms was on my property. they decided to deduct money from my account (amounted to R1800) after quoted price was R499pm without any form of debit order signed after the second month I was forced to go and remove them from my bank. To top that off they have taken over my fiber line and now I cant get my new service provider to activate my wifi. 10 days later 35 phone calls, 18 emails and with absolute no joy I am still waiting on my line to be released. Besides the fact that it is year end exams for my child who is reliant on the internet for research it is shameful that one company can take over a line without permission and still take money at will without providing a service.
