Terrible Service no feedbac****!!!!!!

I have received minimal feedback from Emelia who was the sales person that has signed me up. There had to continually follow-up every day since giving Vox my details. Had I known how *********** your staff was with giving feedback I would have chose to go with a different service provider. I have been waiting for over 30 Days to get my fibre running and still it has not been installed.
