Terrible Service in creating account

The absolute worst service I have ever received from an ISP. Made an order for FTH installation and package. They got the order wrong. Openserve came and installed the OTP and everything is ready to go. The back end at Vox is incredibly bad. Nobody knows what is going on with the order and even with the B number they can't seem to activate the account. The actual hardware is all installed but a simple back end click of a button for an account cannot be made. I understand its end year and companies are on skeleton staff but surely it cannot be this bad and staff be this *********** at their jobs. Don't waste your time.
