Terrible Service from Vox – Unreliable, Unresponsive, and Frustrating

If I could have scored zero, I would.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Vox that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, I was hopeful about working with them, as I had two in-person meetings at my house to discuss the scope of work I needed done. During these meetings, I clearly explained all of my requirements in detail, and followed up with several emails, reiterating everything in writing. It seemed like they understood what I was asking for, and I was assured that I would receive quotes and further assistance shortly.

However, weeks have gone by, and I’m still waiting for the quotes. What’s worse is that I've been passed from one Vox agent to the next with no real answers or updates. Every time I contact them, I’m told that someone else will be in touch, but no one follows through. It feels like I’m just being shunted around without any regard for my time or business.

To make matters even more frustrating, there’s no clear communication on what’s causing the delays or what the next steps are. Every conversation feels like starting from scratch, as I have to explain everything all over again to each new person I’m assigned. This is not only unprofessional, but it also shows a complete lack of organization within their team.

I understand that sometimes delays happen, but the lack of transparency, poor follow-up, and complete absence of accountability from Vox has been completely unacceptable. I’ve tried to be patient, but at this point, I’m just beyond frustrated. I’m left with the feeling that Vox doesn’t value my time or business, and I honestly regret reaching out to them in the first place.

If you’re considering Vox for any services, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The service has been disappointing at best, and I can’t imagine how bad it would be if I actually went forward with a project with them.
