Terrible service from VOX related to their Black Friday fibre offer

I was very ken to install fibre via Vox in my home due to the fantastic Black Friday they were offering. I app**** and in no time I received a call from them to discuss my application/ requirement. I then received a mail asking me to review their documented proposal and click on ACCEPT. On reading the proposal carefully I needed answers related to the line being unshaped / unthrottled etc. I duly sent my queries to the correct e- mail address and to date have never received a response via mail or telephone despite my request having been read. All that continually happened is that the proposal form was sent to me over and over again simply staing that I should ACCEPT. Very weak and disappointing service based on the fantastic advert for the Black Friday special and the initial call with the Vox consultant.
