Terrible service from Vox hosting. They dont even know their IT terms.

I dont know why I have to send multiple emails and explain what I need to be done again and again or why Christopher Vandenheever the first person I spoke to hasn’t gotten back to me or checked and made sure that things where done.

Two entire weeks I have been calling, emailing or waiting for something that should be so easy and simple to understand and do as well as trying to get feedback on what is happening when, not a few days later in which my time is being wasted.

I have roughly 15 clients who sites I look after that are with Vox and every single time its an issue to get anything done and if I have to I will tell them or just move them to other providers which will cost you a lot of business because I am tired of this nonsense. Then I will email your superiors and inform them of this; whats occurred and with whom as well as complain to sites like hello peter.

Explain to me why I have to re explain the same thing again and again and why it hasn’t been done.

AGAIN: I would like the server to be properly migrated to LINUX and for 1 phpmyadmin mysql database to be added so that I can do what I need to.

I DO NOT NEED MICROSOFT SQL DATABASE AND SEVER.

NOT TO MENTION you guys overcharge my clients for things that they dont need and are inlcuded in their webhosting packages and cheating them because they dont know any better.
